Terms and Conditions

  • All appointments are on first come first serve basis. A deposit is required to book any appointment. Deposits amount is $25 for services less than $60, any service higher than that requires a deposit of $40. Deposit fee goes towards the final amount of the appointment total and is non refundable and non negotioable. 
  • No pets or children allowed on treatment bed during the entirety of the appointment. 
  • No caffeine before any lash treatment as it causes eye fluttering
  • No phone use during service
  • Cancellations must be done 24 hrs in advance via phone, text, or email. If an appointment is cancelled, the deposit does not transfer to a new appointment. If cancelled you MUST pay an additional deposit fee to ensure new date of service is held. 
  • No show appointment with out 24 hour cancellation notice, will be charged for the entirety of the appointment either by card on file or client will be required to pay for the missed appointment in full before being able to reschedule appointment.
  • If purchasing a lash membership, a 3 month writtent commitment is required along with a card on file for billing purposes. Purchase of memberships translates to you approving for card on file to be auto billed for 90 days for membership fees. If cancelling membership a 15 day written notice (email) is required to stop autobill process. Failure to do so will result in card continuing to be charged.
